Itinerary – Rajasthan, North India

Days 1 & 2 – New & Old Delhi

  • Arrive Delhi international airport, private taxi pickup and transfer to hotel
  • Next day full days sightseeing with local guide in & around Old & New Delhi
  • Laid out by British architect Edwin Lutyens, the Indian capital is a striking modern metropolis, the grand avenues and stately buildings of New Delhi are rich with history and culture
  • Sights: Jama Masjid Mosque, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial, India gate & much more
  • Evening visit to Sikh Gurdwara temple, a Gurdwara is a place of worship for Sikhs. People from all faiths, and those who do not profess any faith, are very welcomed in Sikh Gurdwara

Day 3 – Agra – The Taj Mahal

  • Depart early after breakfast from Delhi to Agra
  • The Taj Mahal of Agra is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, for reasons more than just looking magnificent. It’s the history of Taj Mahal that adds a soul to its magnificence: a soul that is filled with love, loss, remorse, and love again
  • Afternoon visit Agra Fort & sunset view of the Taj Mahal
  • Evening Kalaktriti cultural show and/or visit Music and Art Emporium showroom

Day 4 – Ranthambore National Park – Tigers & Wildlife

  • Depart early from Jaipur to this wonderful National Park
  • Ranthambore National Park is a vast wildlife reserve and is a former royal hunting ground and home to tigers, leopards and marsh crocodiles. Its landmarks include the imposing 10th-century Ranthambore Fort, on a hilltop, and the Ganesh Mandir temple. Also in the park, Padam Talao Lake is known for its abundance of water lilies
  • Arrive check into jungle resort, 3 meals a day provided

Day 5 – Ranthambore National Park

  • Today enjoy a safari and sightseeing in and around the local area & tiger Par

Day 6 – Jaipur – The Pink City

  • Depart early to Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan
  • Jaipur, popularly known as the “Pink City “is the capital of Rajasthan state, and worldwide famous for unique Architecture, Vastu, Astrology, Forts, Monuments, Palaces, Art and Craft, Culture and last but not least for unique food

Day 7 – Jaipur

  • Local guide to meet you for days sightseeing around Jaipur
  • Including visiting the City Palace complex and Amber Fort
  • Evening Bollywood Film at the beautiful “Art Deco” Cinema Raj Mandir

Day 8 – Jaipur

  • Further sightseeing and wandering around this great city
  • Today visit a textile and handicrafts factory

Day 9 – Jodhpur – The Blue City

  • Jodhpur is a city in the Thar Desert, it’s 15th-century Mehrangarh Fort is a former palace that’s now a museum, displaying weapons, exotic paintings and elaborate royal palanquins, set on a rocky outcrop, the fort overlooks the walled city, where many buildings are painted the city’s iconic shade of blue
  • Depart early from Jaipur, arrive check into hotel relax

Day 10 – Jodhpur

  • Further sightseeing and shopping in and around old city
  • Kids and parents can partake in the zip line ride from the fort, dinner in hotel

Day 11 – Jaisalmer – The Golden City in the Thar Desert

  • Depart out the Golden sands of the Thar desert to witness this amazing desert town
  • A former medieval trading center and a princely state it’s distinguished by its yellow sandstone architecture. Spend time exploring inside the fort with all its local markets and handicrafts

Day 12 – Jaisalmer Desert Safari

  • Today head out to the Thar desert for an overnight camel safari
  • Enjoy camping with the camel traders in the sand dunes under the stars

Day 13 – Jaisalmer

  • After breakfast in the desert return back to town for another night
  • More local sightseeing and shopping in around the mighty Fort
Stay 2 nights in Jaisalmer, 1 night camel safari

Day 14 – Jodhpur|Cochin

  • After breakfast, Drive from Jaisalmer back to Jodhpur
  • Check into domestic airport for flight back to Cochin (Kerala, South India)
  • Pick up and transfer to hotel in Fort Cochin

Day 15 – Fort Cochin – Arabian Coast

  • Depart to Fort Cochin, a stunning location on the Arabian Sea
  • Visit the Chinese Fishing nets, Portuguese temples and churches
  • This area is enjoyable for wandering and relaxing in local cafes and bookstores

Day 16 – Alappuzha – Backwaters House boat

  • Take a scenic short Drive to the gateway of the Backwaters of Kerala
  • Embark on an amazing overnight private boat cruise with cooks and boat staff
  • Stop at villages along the way and bargain for local seafood

Day 17 – Varkala or Kovallum Beaches

  • After disembarking from houseboat, transfer to the beach resort of either Varkala or Kovallum your choice.
  • Enjoy last a couple days relaxing by the Arabian sea with the abundant seafood, Ayruvedic massages & yoga and markets

Day 18 – Trivandrum|Australia

  • Late check out of Varkala beach hotel and transfer for evening flight from Trivandrum back to Australia
